			In winter, this unique Iseli introduction shows off an exceptional seasonal characteristic. The cold weather brings a white resinous coating to each terminal bud, a trait that produces a dramatic effect. The bright white “eyes” look frosty against the plant’s dark green winter foliage. During the rest of the year, the reliably low, globe-shaped, TRUdwarf® plant requires little care and maintains its small stature without candle pruning. Highly desirable for rock garden, entry or border. Matures to 3 to 4-feet in 10 years.
